This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Principal District Sessions Judge, Villupuram ( Special Court for SC/ST, POA Act Cases) to consider the bail petition of the petitioners on the same day in the event of surrender by the petitioners and seeks bail in Crime No.146 of 2023 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Anandapuram Police Station, Villupuram District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), 1st petitioner/A1 was arrested on 13.06.2023 and remanded to Judicial Custody. 2Nd & 3rd petitioners are not arrayed as accused in Crime No.146 of 2023.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is of the view that, there is no need to pass any positive orders in this petition.
