Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, both learned counsel for Petitioner appeared and submitted that while disposing the above Second Appeals, this court has not answered substantial question of law in both the Appeals. He would also submit that if the substantial question of law are not answered, the valuable right of challenging the decree would be defeated. So, there is an error in the order passed by this court. However, the learned counsel for respondent raised formal objections in allowing the above applications.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that inspite of objections, this Court is inclined to allow the petition to grant leave to the petitioner to file a review over the order of this court and to take the Review Applications vide Nos.101 and 103 of 2022 on file and post the matters for further arguments with regard to substantial question of law on 18.07.2023.

4. Registry is directed to number the Review Application filed in Rev.Appl.SR.No.74343 of 2021.
