This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with crime No. 586 of 2024 on the file of the respondent.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police found the accused persons with illegal possession of banned tobacco products worth about Rs.1,50,000/-. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the huge quantity of the contraband, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. 20.06.2024 pbl T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.
