2. This Court on 04.07.2019 has observed that if any application for condonation of delay is filed by the defendant the same will be entertained by this Court on payment of costs of Rs.2,000/- to the Chief Justice Relief Fund. However, the said order has not been complied with. Today none appeared on behalf of the applicant/defendant. This Court taking into note of the noncompliance of the order passed by this Court, is of the view that the defendant is unnecessarily wasting the time of this Court. Further, there is no representation on behalf of the defendnat today.

3. In view of the same, this Court is inclined to dismiss this application with costs. Accordingly, this application is dismissed with the costs of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand) to be paid to the Chief Justice Relief Fund.
