2.The plaintiff seeks amendment of the cause title in the plaint, since the name of the plaintiff has undergone a change.

3.Mr.R.Sathish Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent would not have any objection for the amendment being allowed. Hence, this application is allowed. The counsel for the plaintiff to carry out the amendment and file amended copy of the plaint by 15.11.2021.
