C O M M O N O R D E R It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that when the petitioners were taking steps to file these Writ Petitions, challenging the preliminary award, the main Industrial Disputes itself were disposed of and final orders have been passed. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission to withdraw these Writ Petitions with liberty to challenge the order dated 09.10.2015, impugned herein, as well as the final award by filing fresh Writ Petitions.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has also made an endorsement to withdraw the said Writ Petitions. 3.

In the result, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge both the preliminary award as well as the final award passed in I.D.Nos.278,281,277,280,276 and 279 of 2008, by filing a single comprehensive Writ Petition. 4.

The Registry is directed to return the original impugned order dated 09.10.2015 to the counsel for the petitioners.
