This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 18.08.2016 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that a case in Cr.No.676 of 2016 has been registered on 25.08.2016 for offences under Sections 447, 448, 294(b) & 427 IPC, based on the complaint dated 18.08.2016 given by the petitioner herein.

Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed.
