Arbitration Application No.345 of 2023 in A. No.240 of 2019 ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J.

This application has been filed to raise the order of attachment passed by this Court. The very same Finance Company, which has filed Application in A. No.240 of 2019 seeking for order of attachment has filed this present application on the ground that the entire dues has been settled by the borrower.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of this Application seeking for raising the order of attachment. Accordingly, both applications viz., Arb. Application No.345 of 2023 and A. No.240 of 2019 are disposed of by raising the order of attachment dated 20.09.2019 passed in A. No.240 of 2019.

3. Registry is directed to intimate the concerned Registrar's office as well as the concerned District Court for effecting the raising of the order of attachment.
