The petitioner/Appellant has filed this petition to condone the delay of 72 days in filing the appeal.

2. Mr.Arunkumar, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the second respondent has got no serious objection in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the submission made by the counsel and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise the papers are found to be in order and print the name of Mr.Arun Kumar, for the second respondent. post the matter on 18.12.2020 for admission.
