The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 23.09.2013 in W.P.No.26414 of 2013, has filed the present contempt https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Cont.P.No.3225 of 2014 petition.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that as against the order, which is the subject matter of contempt, the respondents have filed a writ appeal in W.A.No.1704 of 2014 and the said writ appeal was disposed of by the Division Bench with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner and the said order has also been complied with.
