Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the order and decretal order passed by the learned Prinicpal District Judge, Namakkal in C.M.A.(C.S.) No.28 of 2003, dated 02.07.2007, and prays that the same may kindly be set aside.

ORDER
CMP No.22558 of 2017 has been filed by the petitioner to substitute the name of the petitioner as the President of Primary Agricultural Cooperative Bank, Namakkal Town and District, instead of the Special Officer.
2.As seen from the averments contained in the affidavit in support of his petition, the Special Officer who was holding the Post previously has ceased to hold the Post by virtue of the Election of President of the Primary Agricultural Cooperative Bank.
3.I am satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit for allowing the application. Further, no prejudice will be caused to the Respondent if the application is allowed by this Court. 4.Accordingly, the CMP No.22558 is allowed. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is withdrawing the main CRP. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.
5.Accordingly, the CRP is dismissed as withdrawn. The CMP No.22559 of 2007 is closed in view of the withdrawal of the main CRP. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS VII) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar pam To, 1.The Prinicpal District Judge, Namakkal.
