O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the third respondent herein to register the complaint of the petitioner herein dated 07.07.2021 and investigate the same. 2.The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner had lodged the complaints before the respondent police on 07.07.2021, thereafter, no action has been taken by the respondent police.

3.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submits that after receipt of the complaint, enquiry has been conducted. The above said complaint has been closed on 02.08.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the submissions and on perusal of the materials, this Court finds that enquiry has been conducted on the complaints dated 07.07.2021 and the same has been closed on 02.08.2021. In view of the same, the respondent police are directed to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner would take appropriate action in the manner known to law.
