The petition for transfer is filed to withdraw the I.P.No.19 of 2019 from the file of the II Additional Sub Court, Erode and transfer the same to the file of the II Additional District Judge, Erode to try along with OS.No.9 of 2019 pending on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Erode.

2. Since the Transfer Petition is filed, seeking transfer within the same District, ie., Erode District, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Principal District Judge, Erode for redressing his grievances.
