The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruchengode, to dispose of O.S.No.43 of 2021, within a time to be stipulated, on merits.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.Pursuant to my order dated 26.06.2025, the report has been called for from the Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruchengode, indicating the time required to dispose of O.S.No.43 of 2021.

4.It is seen that till date the report has not been received. Considering that the suit is at the stage of commencement of trial and after hearing both parties, I am inclined to direct the Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruchengode, to dispose of O.S.No.43 of 2021, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 31.03.2026. 5.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
