Mr.B.S.Sundaramoorthy, learned counsel appearing for the Slum Clearance Board has produced the proceedings of the first respondent/Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board, Chennai in Se.Mu.Ka.No.E1/11/308/2014 dated 12.09.2020. The dispute is with respect to Plot No.37 (Commercial). The petitioner has sought for name transfer in respect of the above said plot in Bharathi Nagar, 3rd Street, Korrukupeti, Chennai. Now, name transfer has been effected for the said Plot No.37, Door No.33 in favour of Subbuthai W/o.Pitchaimuthu, Thangamuniyandi and Valarmathi, who are the children of late Pitchaimuthu to an extent of 28 sq.meters. The same is taken on file.

2. It is also further stated that upon deposit of transfer charges of Rs.500/- and an advance of Rs.1,120/- and submitting the lease cum sale agreement, the sale deed will be effected in favour of the petitioner.
