No 567/1C1 situated in Erranahalli Village, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court and further direct the 5th respondent to provide necessary protection for the same.

ORDER
This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 3rd and 4th respondents to survey and demarcate the four boundaries of the petitioners patta lands vide in S.No.567/1A, 567/1B and S. No 567/1C1 situated in Erranahalli Village, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court and further direct the 5th respondent to provide necessary protection for the same.
2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 21.11.2023 with a request for surveying and demarcating the boundaries of the petitioner's land, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.
3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the 2/4
respondents 3 and 4 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.11.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
