O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.116 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palacode, Dharmapuri District and quash the proceedings against them herein.

2. It is seen that there are specific averments to attract the charges against the petitioners. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. However, considering https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the age of the father in law and mother in law of the 2nd respondent who are 2nd and 3rd petitioners, their personal appearance is dispensed with and they shall be represented by a counsel after filing appropriate application. The petitioners shall be present before the Court at the time of furnishing of copies, framing charges, questioning under Section 313 Cr.P.C. and at the time of passing judgment.

3.Considering the case is of the year 2014, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial within three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
