The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks four weeks time to cancel the sale deed as imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13118 & 13130 of 2024 on 05.06.2024 while granting interim bail.

2. The learned counsel for the intervenor/defacto complainant submitted that, original documents of the property is at the Head Office of Aditya Birla Finance Limited.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Court of the view that, if at all the original documents are at the Head Office of Aditya Birla Finance Limited, the Aditya Birla Finance Limited is directed to send the original documents from the Head Office to Bombay branch in order to facilitate the cancellation of sale deed. Accordingly, four weeks time is granted to cancel the sale deed as imposed by this Court on 05.06.2024.

4. Post the matter on 22.07.2024.
