Respondents PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2018 to forbear the respondents from interfering with peaceful possession of the petitioner of 1 1/2 acres of punja land in S.No.80 in Sevathur Village, Tirupattur Taluk, Vellore District or part thereof except in accordance with law and to survey the land in possession of the petitioner and demarcate.

ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and made the following endorsement:
