ORDER

This petition has been filed to order cancellation of bail granted to the 1st respondent/accused by its order dated 26.04.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.11236 of 2019.

2. The ground raised by the petitioner seeking for cancellation of bail granted in favour of the 1st respondent, does not warrant cancellation of bail. The main grievance of the petitioner seems to be that the investigation is not proceeding further in an effective manner and the money has not been recovered till now. The petitioner has to work out his remedy independently and the said grievance cannot be effectively agitated in a cancellation of bail petition.

3. In the result this criminal original petition is dismissed and liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy in accordance with law.
