Mr.M.Dinesh, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), takes notice for R2 and submits that he has no objection to this petition, to condone the delay, being allowed.

2.Notice was issued by this Court by order dated 03.06.2026. As per the Registry's report dated 13.06.2026, notice has been duly served on the respondent. However, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent. Thus, it appears that the respondent has nothing to submit in this matter.

3.Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition on hand, and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent have no objection and learned counsel for the 1st respondent has nothing to submit in this matter, the delay of 8 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case in Crl.R.C.SR.No.21775 of 2026 is condoned.

4.Thus, the petition is ordered.
