(The case has been heard through video conference) According to the petitioners, against the order passed by the second respondent Tahsildar dated 18.12.2014, they preferred an appeal before the first respondent RDO on 27.03.2019, but so https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

far no orders have been passed hence they filed the present writ petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the appeal is pending for more than two year and the first respondent may be directed to consider the appeal and pass suitable orders.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the first respondent will consider the said appeal filed by the petitioner and will pass suitable orders on merit.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioners, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent RDO to consider the appeal preferred by the petitioners dated 27.03.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners as well as the third respondent herein, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
