ORDER

The original petitioner has died during the pendency of the present writ petition. Therefore, the petitioner's husband namely N.Subramani, has been impleaded as the legal representative of the deceased petitioner vide order dated 11.08.2023 in W.M.P.No.21154 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's fresh representation dated 09.09.2023 may be directed to be considered by the third respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 09.09.2023 will be considered and disposed on merits.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.09.2023 and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
