This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.14423 of 2023 dated 19.09.2022, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learend Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the final report has been filed in P.R.C.No.42 of 2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Attur.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.14423 of 2023 dated 19.09.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Attur at 10.30 a.m., from 03.07.2023 to 08.07.2023 and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
