ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the proceedings in C.C.No.101 of 2008 from the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Tittagudi to the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Villupuram. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a diabetic patient and he is not keeping well with his health and is not able to be personally present before the Court during every hearing. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that all the connected 23 cases have been transferred and is pending on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Villupuram.

3.This Court is not convinced with the reasons stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner seeking for transfer of the proceedings. It is seen that the proceedings are pending from the year 2008 onwards. In the result, this Criminal Original petition stands dismissed and the Court below is directed to complete the trial in C.C.No.101 of 2008 as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

expeditiously as possible.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
