O R D E R
(The case has been heard through video conference) These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to extend time to execute the sureties pursuant to the order passed in Crl.O.P.No. 12973 of 2020 dated 26.08.2020 on the file of this Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that due to pandemic situation, the petitioners were not able to execute the sureties pursuant to the order passed in Crl.O.P.No. 12973 of 2020 dated 26.08.2020. Hence, he seeks to grant time for a further period of two weeks to execute the sureties.
3. The learned Additional Public prosecutor would submit that the first petitioner is reporting before the respondent police regularly and the second petitioner is not reporting before the respondent police. He would further submit that the second petitioner has filed another petition in Crl.M.P.No.6651 of 2020.
3. In view of the above, in sofaras the second petitioner is concerned, he has filed a separate petition Crl.M.P.No.6651 of 2020 and the same is dismissed. In sofaras the first petitioner is concerned this petition is ordered and time is extended for further period of two weeks to the first petitioner to surrender before the trial Court as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy is made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
