The instant petition has been filed expressing some grievance against the Presiding Officer of the Commercial Court, Egmore, Chennai.

Mr.Gisthi, learned counsel for petitioner now states that, the said Presiding Officer is transferred and, therefore, he has instructions from his client to withdraw this petition. An endorsement is also made by him to that effect in the court bundle. 3.

In light of the endorsement made by learned counsel for petitioner, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. Tr.C.M.P.No. 515 of 2025 and C.M.P.No. 12967 of 2025 are closed. No costs.
