(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition, imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 12973 of 2020 dated 26.08.2020 to report before the respondent police every day at 10:30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has reported before the police station only for seven days. Hence, this petition is liable to be dismissed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
