Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the order passed by the third respondent dated 13.11.2015 in his signal No.T.IX.22/2015-WS-ADM V dated 13.11.2015 issued by the third respondent and the movement order dated 28.11.2015 of the fifth respondent and quash the same and to direct the respondents to retain the petitioner under the fifth respondent to go on VRS till 31.03.2016.
