ORDER

This petition has been filed to issue a direction, directing the respondent to alter the FIR and reinvestigate the case in crime No.15 of 2013 on the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime branch, Thiruvarur, Thiruvarur District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that further action in this case was dropped on 22.08.2018 and closure report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate Tiruvarur as such te prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
