(through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction, to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondent not to harass this petitioner in respect of the properties which are subject matter of civil disputes in O.S.No.72 of 2020 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Ootacamund herein in by appreciating the above stated facts and circumstances.

2. Heard Mr.T.Balaji, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.M.Prabhavathi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Today when this petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would submit that no petition is pending against the petitioner on the file of the respondents given by any counter party. Therefore, in the absence of any complaint against the petitioner, there shall not be any necessity for the police officer to call for the petitioner for the purpose of enquiry.
