This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 72 days in filing the criminal revision against the order dated 29.11.2024 passed in M.C.No.35 of 2019 by the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Alandur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 72 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
