The writ petition is filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 27.09.2016, seeking to take necessary steps to amend the by-laws of Marvel Apoorva Flat Owners Association in accordance with the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Apartment Ownership Act, 1994.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in the writ petition does not survive any longer, and hence, the petitioner has not contacted him.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed, as no further adjudication is required in this matter. No costs.
