ORDER
This petition is filed seeking direction to the learned District and Sessions Judge, Tirupathur District, to consider the Bail application of the Petitioner on the same day of his surrender in Cr.No.41 of 2026, on the file of the second Respondent.
2. Considering the submissions and on a perusal of the materials, it is seen that the de facto complainant went to a temple festival by wearing a T-shirt depicting his leader which was questioned by the petitioners and later after the de facto complainant went home, he was called again and the petitioners abused the de facto complainant in filthy language by using his caste name and the de
facto complainant was beaten black and blue and due to which he sustained severe injuries and got admitted in the hospital and from the hospital information was sent to the police and thereafter, the case was registered.
3. In view of the above factual position, there shall be a direction to the learned District and Sessions Judge, Tirupathur District, to consider the petitioner's bail application, preferably on the same day of his surrender, in connection with Crime No.41 of 2026 on the file of the second respondent Police and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity to the victims under Section 15-A of the SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989. The petitioners shall surrender before the jurisdictional Court concerned within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed. 30-04-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order BKN
