Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Second Respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2019 to carry out the survey and demarcate the boundaries relating to the Petitioner's land being SF No.12, Block No.55, Koyembedu Village, Egmore-Nungambakkam Taluk, measuring about Ares 0.01.33.5 square meters and SF No.13, Block No.55, Koyembedu Village, Egmore-Nungambakkam Taluk, measuring about Ares 0.02.91.5 square meters. The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Second Respondent to consider the representation dated 20.04.2019 made by the Petitioner to carry out survey and demarcate the boundaries of his property.

Mr. M. Jyothikumar, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents has produced a copy of the notice dated 29.07.2019 from the Second Respondent intimating the Petitioner that the survey of his property has been proposed to be conducted at 10.30 a.m. on 06.08.2019 and the same is taken on file. Accordingly, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
