Respondent Prayer: This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11969 of 2020 dated 07.08.2020, that the 1st petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10:30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10:30 a.m until further orders and the 2nd petitioner shall report the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m for a period of one week and thereafter every Monday at 10:30 a.m until further orders. O R D E R
(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11969 of 2020 dated 07.08.2020, that the 1st petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10:30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10:30 a.m until further orders and the 2nd petitioner shall report the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m for a period of one week and thereafter every Monday at 10:30 a.m until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Considering the above submissions , the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11969 of 2020 dated 07.08.2020 that the 1st petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10:30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10:30 a.m until further orders and the 2nd petitioner shall report the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m for a period of one week and thereafter every Monday at 10:30 a.m until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10:30 a.m until further orders. The other conditions imposed shall remain unaltered.
