C.M.P.No.11233 of 2022 in A.S.No.518 of 2020 S.M.SUBRAMANIAM.J., This Court passed an order of Interim stay on a condition that the petitioner shall deposit 50% of the decretal amount in O.S.No.960 of 2014, on the file of the XVI Additional Court, FAC. XIX Additional Court at Chennai, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the conditional order passed by this Court has not been complied with and the modification petition filed by the appellant was also dismissed.

3.These being the factum, the Interim stay granted by this Court stands vacated and consequently, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition in CMP.No.11233 of 2022 is dismissed.
