O R D E R
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to dispose the petitioner's appeal dated 15.02.2016 in accordance with law. 2.Heard the arguments advanced on either side. 3.The case of the petitioner is that while the petitioner was working as Salesman in shop No.9525 at Hosur Village, Vandavasi Taluk, he was terminated from service vide order dated 22.01.2016 on the allegation of misappropriation. Thereafter,
the petitioner filed appeal before the second respondent on 15.02.2016 and the same has not yet been disposed of. Hence, this petition.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner lost the appeal papers and he realized about the same only this year (2019), hence, it would suffice , if this Court issues direction to the second respondent to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner and to dispose of the same.
5.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that no proof has been annexed to show that the petitioner has filed the appeal on 15.02.2016 and would further submit that there is no appeal, filed by the petitioner, is available on record.
6.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I am inclined to issue direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's appeal and to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. The petitioner is directed to send copy of the appeal papers along with a copy of this order so as to enable the second respondent to dispose of the appeal. 7.The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
