This petition has been filed seeking to call for the records and set aside the order made in C.M.P.No.2463-A of 2013 in C.C.No.106 of 2008 by order dated 06.08.2013 passed by learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Kattumannarkoil.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case has ended in acquittal in C.C.No.106 of 2008 before the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Kattumannarkoil by Judgment dated 04.08.2016.
