This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 15 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.41869 of 2026.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and hence, the delay of 15 days in filing 1/3
the above appeal may be condoned and the main appeal may be numbered and posted before the Lok Adalat.
3. Mr.S.Parthasarathy, learned counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents/caveator and submitted that he has no objection to this petition being allowed and for the matter to be referred to the Lok Adalat.
4. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this petition stands ordered and consequently, the delay of 15 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.
5. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the case before the National Lok Adalat scheduled to be held on 13.06.2026.
6. The parties shall appear before the National Lok Adalat on 13.06.2026, without expecting any further notice from this Court. 11.06.2026 skt To:
