agreement dated 19.01.2018 based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.06.2018.

O R D E R

Mr.Senthilkumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent 3 and 4 made a submission that the respondents 3 and 4 , the Managing Director, Arasu Cable TV Corporation Ltd., and the Special Tahsildar will not directly or indirectly interfere with the possession of the petitioner having office at No.10, RR Complex, 2nd Floor, Town Extension KVB Bank Opp., Mayildaduturai, Tamilnadu - 609 001 and its Sub Control room at Sairam Complex, No.37/2, Mahathana Street, Mayiladudurai and from implementing Digital Addressable system to their local cable TV operators as per the Agencies agreement dated 19.01.2018.

2. The submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 is recorded.

3. However, it is stated that if the petitioner has any arrears to be paid with respect to any of the statutory dues, a notice has to be furnished on the petitioner to pay the said arrears.

4. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
