This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in MC No.2 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Salem.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has now become infructuous, since M.C.No.2 of 2014 itself has been disposed of by the Trial Court. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
