ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent to pass orders on petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2023 in a time bound manner as fixed by this Hon'ble Court and direct the respondent to convert petitioner land from "agriculture land to commercial one" bearing D.No.10-10-

082, situated in Ward-C, Block-1, TS No.14/7pt: RS No.18/8, CS No.265, 265bis, 267, 269, 273.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 22.12.2023, conduct enquiry and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the counter parties if any, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
