Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to hold enquiry as per letter made in No.322/DCRC/B7/Certificate-A/2018 dated 30.05.2018, Villianur passed by the second respondent herein by issuing permanent integrated certificate to the petitioner's son Keerthikumar, aged 16 years and Vedha Sree, daughter of the petitioner, aged 14 years to secure the ends of justice.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner filed an appeal to the Deputy Collector (Revenue), South, Villianur, against the denial of caste certificate by the Tahsildar, Taluk Office, Villianur. By the order dated 30.05.2018, the third respondent viz., Tahsildar, Taluk Office, Villianur was directed to re-enquire on specific reference to the school authorities of Government Primary School, Perungalore and inspect the records submitted Taluk Office, Oulgaret and thereafter dispose of the matter on merits. Seeking appropriate orders pursuant to the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the direction issued to re-enquire has been complied with by the third respondent in and by his proceedings No.5025/TOV/A2/Certificates/2018-19 dated 26.10.2018 and the request made by the petitioner was rejected. A copy of the aforesaid proceedings is also placed before us. 4.In the light of the same, nothing survives for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy against the order dated 26.10.2018. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
