The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 29.05.2023 and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and remove the name of Mr.Jeyakumar in Patta No.33.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that the competent authority after filing of this writ petition issued patta in favour of the petitioner by conducting an enquiry. Thus, no further adjudication is required.
