ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the 4 th respondent to forward the entire service records of the petitioner par with Junior Ravi to 3 rd respondent as per the letter dated 11.04.2025 sent by the 3 rd respondent to the 4 th respondent for proper implementation and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to implement the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.10230/2006 dated 03.12.2010 and W.A.No.1741/2012 dated 17.12.2014. 2/6
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he was initially appointed as a surveyor cum draftsman on 07.01.1983 and on 09.05.1994 his pay was fixed in time scale as a field surveyor. While so, he preferred a writ petition in WP No.39921 of 2005 to dispose of his representation, which was allowed on 14.12.2005. Thereafter, he filed WP No.10230 of 2006 to regularize his service on par with his junior G. Ravi and the said writ petition was allowed on 03.12.2010. However, inspite of a positive direction, the respondents had not regularized the petitioner's service on par with junior G.Ravi. In the meanwhile, the petitioner had retired on 08.01.2016. 3.According to the petitioner, his pay was regularized on par with the junior one Akbar Basha, which is in contravention of the order passed in Writ Petition.
Hence, the petitioner has sent a representation to the 4 th respondent on 13.05.2019 and such representation has not been considered by the 4 th respondent. While so vide impugned order dated 11.04.2025, they have requested Assistant Director of Survey Department to give a report in connection with the petitioner's claim. It is the further submission of the petitioner that since 2019, the respondent has not taken any decision upon the petitioner's claim.

4.Though there is a disputed fact in the writ petition, since the petitioner has opted for a restricted prayer to consider the petitioner's claim within a reasonable time, this Court, without going into the merits of the writ petition, deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, which culminated by way of a impugned letter dated 11.04.2025, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
