The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 02.05.2019 to cancelling patta bearing 366 and issue new patta in favour of the petitioners.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that new patta bearing Patta No.366 has been issued to the petitioners by the fourth respondents on 07.01.2021.

3. The aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners has been affirmed by the learned Government Advocate appearing Page No.2 of 5

for the respondents 1 to 4.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel on either side, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication and the same has become infructuous.

5. In the result, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. 19.06.2024 vm Index :
