ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.03.2015 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3.No representation for the counsel for the petitioner on 24.04.2015. Therefore, the matter was adjourned today finally "For orders". Today, also there is no representation for the counsel for the petitioner.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that on the complaint given by one Nithyanantham against this petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.142 of 2015 before the respondent Police.

5.When the petitioner was called for enquiry he lodged a complaint against the counter petitioner Nithyanantham in enquiry. 6.Considering the submissions made by the Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in both the petitions and take action in accordance with the law laid https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
