The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the 1st to 6th respondents to take appropriate action against the 7th to 11th respondents who take law into their own hands and create troubles to the Petitioner's family in the name of "Katta Panchayat' at Light House, Nadu Kuppam, Pulicat Post, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District - 601 205 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2018.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 19.07.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 23.07.2021. When the matter was taken for hearing on 23.07.2021, once again there is no representation for the petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 28.07.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for dismissal" but so also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
