Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying to direct the 1st respondent herein i.e. The Assistant Commissioner of Police, Puzhal, Chennai66 to file the Final Report pertaining to the petitioner's complaint dated 31.03.2013 which was registered in Crime No.547 of 2013 under Section 306 of IPC pending on the file of the respondents herein.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 1st respondent herein i.e. The Assistant Commissioner of Police, Puzhal, Chennai-66 to file the Final Report pertaining to the petitioner's complaint dated 31.03.2013 which was registered in Crime No.547 of 2013 under Section 306 of IPC pending on the file of the respondents herein.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The respondent-Police is directed to investigate and file a Final Report expeditiously, before the concerned court, under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
